Versed Education Group, founded in 2015 by Jenn S. Roberts, is dedicated to assisting organizations in turning their good intentions into equitable, anti-racist action through interactive learning experiences and dynamic coaching. VersedEd approaches equity work from the systems level, asking organizations to interrogate their systems, processes, partnerships and relationships for racism and inequity and do the tough work of disrupting and rebuilding intentionally for anti-racism and equity. Using the VersedEd Framework-- Recognize, Disrupt, Rebuild-- Versed leads organizations through a process to do this examination on the personal/interpersonal, institutional and structural levels of their work. Using a co-creation approach, Versed partners with organization leaders to build an experience to best meet the needs of the organization together.
